Terms of Use
Effective 27 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Kalisi Media Private Limited, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, for the BharatApp Chat and bharatapp.chat.
1. Your account
You need a Gmail address you control and must be at least 13 years old. Keep your password safe — because it unlocks your encrypted chats, nobody (including us) can reset it for you.
2. Acceptable use
Don't use BharatApp Chat to break the law, harass or threaten people, impersonate others, spread child sexual abuse material, send spam or scams, or spread content that threatens public order or national security. We may suspend or delete accounts that do, and comply with lawful orders under Indian law.
3. Your content
You own what you send. Messages are end-to-end encrypted and we can't read them. Status posts are visible to your contacts for 24 hours.
4. The service
BharatApp Chat is free and provided "as is". We work to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available, and we aren't liable for losses from interruptions or lost data, to the extent the law allows.
5. Ending
You can delete your account any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
6. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
